Demand exists.
Revenue leaks
between systems.

Your ads bring people in. Your business needs paid bookings. I find where the journey breaks between the two — and what to fix first.

01 / Look between the parts

Each tool can work.
The handover can still fail.

A customer experiences one journey. Behind it, several systems have to agree.

Ad → Landing page

The promise changes.

The ad answers a specific need. The page asks the visitor to start searching again.

Landing page → Booking

The next step loses them.

The customer is ready. Availability, mobile friction or an unclear price interrupts the decision.

Payment → Measurement

The numbers disagree.

The advertising platform reports a conversion. The payment record tells a different story.

Examples of what to investigate, not findings about your business.

01

Find the constraint.

Trace the journey and check the evidence behind the suspected loss.

02

Decide what to fix first.

Prioritise the smallest meaningful repair. Leave working parts alone.

03

Verify against payment.

When a repair is commissioned, measure its effect against confirmed revenue.

02 / Built. Operated. Measured.

One real business.
The whole revenue journey.

For Black11, an escape-room business in Galway, Patryk built and operated the acquisition, booking, payment and measurement infrastructure.

Read the scope and measurement notes

What Patryk built and operated: paid acquisition across Search and Performance Max; the customer booking journey; custom booking and admin infrastructure; Stripe payment confirmation; behavioural measurement and attribution; experimentation and partner infrastructure.

Financial source of truth: Stripe confirms payment before the booking is treated as paid. An advertising-platform conversion is a claim to reconcile with payment records.

Keep the periods separate: the historical monthly baseline was approximately €6,500–€7,000. The supplied July 2026 snapshot reports more than €16,000 and approximately 163 bookings; comparable prior-year July was approximately €7,200. Separately supplied comparison periods reported approximately +70% bookings and +110% revenue year on year. Historical measured advertising periods reported approximately 5–6× ROAS. The exact comparison windows and ROAS definitions are not reproduced here, so these figures provide context rather than a like-for-like trend calculation.

Evidence boundary: figures are founder-reported business observations. They have not been independently verified for this presentation. Seasonality and other influences are not isolated. They do not establish the causal effect of a single intervention or predict another business’s results.

03 / Direct access to the specialist

The diagnosis and
the repair connect.

I’m Patryk, the founder of Ecliptone. I look at what your customer experiences and what your systems do underneath — together.

That means a commercial question can be traced through acquisition, customer behaviour, booking logic and payment confirmation. You work directly with the person doing the diagnosis. If implementation is needed, we agree that separately.

Five areas, one commercial question

You leave with a decision.

Concise findings, prioritised as Fix First / Investigate / Leave Alone, practical next actions and a short review call.

Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days after the required access is received.

Implementation is separate. The diagnostic excludes ongoing ads management, website redevelopment, custom software and open-ended consulting. No free bespoke audit.

Best fit: experience, leisure, appointment and service businesses with existing demand and a measurable booking or lead journey.
